State workers, still without a contract, are demonstrating on Nov 17. On Nov 15, the Illinois Labor Relations Board, appointed by Governor Rauner, will rule on whether or not AFSCME and the State are at an impasse. State workers are demonstrating on Nov 17 to call on the Governor to negotiate. McLean County AFSCME members will demonstrate at the DHS office, 501 W Washington Street, Bloomington, from 12 noon - 12:45 p.m. All supporters are welcome.
